The room was comfortable and well-serviced, creating a warm retreat after exploring Dundee. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a generous variety that catered to different tastes.
Unfortunately, the plumbing was quite noisy and interrupted my sleep early in the morning. I noticed a few maintenance issues in the common areas that detracted from the overall aesthetic.

Inadequate heating control leading to uncomfortable temperatures!!! Noise from creaky floorboards was quite disruptive during the night!!! Weak Wi-Fi connectivity meant I couldn’t stream or use my devices properly!!!

The large double room felt luxurious and super spacious! Came with a comfy bed and thoughtful touches like Pringles and snacks—that was a nice surprise. The shower was fab too, with quality toiletries. Loved the breakfast variety. they even had gluten-free options. Definitely a cozy vibe here!

The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable double room, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast offered generous portions with plenty of variety to satisfy our appetites. I especially loved the city view from the room, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The plumbing in the hotel was quite noisy and disturbed our sleep on a couple of occasions.
